Toni Donofrio, MBA, is President and Co-Founder of CMG where she manages the company’s recruiting practice. With her extensive business management, professional search and corporate HR background, Toni helps clients design the right staffing solution for their business. Toni earned her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a member of SHRM, US Green Building Council, and American Solar Energy Society.

Toni brings her strong leadership abilities, responsiveness, Italian elegance, along with exceptional attention to detail and excellent skills in identifying top talent. As a respected business leader and love for the environment, Toni is elevating attention to green initiatives as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employment, and is committed to working with companies, institutions, local government communities, and job seekers.

Toni is fluent in Italian, and benefits from her native-Italian cultural knowledge. When not working, she can often be found listening to Italian music, reading Italian literature, or spending time with her family, simply enjoying nature. She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, having visited and hiked throughout most US National Parks. Her frequent, exciting family adventures have included sailing, whitewater rafting, and hiking the many trails of Montana, Wyoming, and Utah's National Parks!
